Mark Vanvranken Chief Financial Officer
A key member of the VenturCom/Ardence/Citrix finance team since 1999, Mark has unparalled expertise and experience in all aspects of the Embedded software business – from product pricing and product licensing, to the Customer base and the world-wide channel Partners.
Prior to Citrix’s acquisition of Ardence in 2007, Mark had been the Controller at VenturCom/Ardence.
Previously, Mark worked at Lotus Development and at several successful high tech startups.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Santa Clara.
